Ethics encompasses numerous principles. Some principles are based on psychology, while others highlight fundamental values, and yet others are grounded in philosophy. In this article, we will introduce five ethical principles: attitude, aptitude, values and ideals, emotional intelligence, and conscience.
Having worked as the Chief Executive Officer in the field of urban cooperative credit institutions for the past 33 years, I have learned a great deal.
