Shri Beereshwar Co-op. Credit Society’s first regional office starts in Pune

Expansion of operations under the guidance of former MP Annasaheb Jolle and Mrs. Shashikala Jolle; burden on the Examba head office will be reduced

Pune: The leading and multi-state cooperative institution in South India, which has achieved remarkable performance in the cooperative sector, 'Shri Beereswar Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Examba (Multi-State)' has reached a new stage in its expansion in Maharashtra. To further accelerate the administrative and commercial operations of the institution, a grand inauguration of the first Regional Office was held in Pune.

The institution is functioning under the guidance of its founder, Belgaum DCC Bank President and NCUI (New Delhi) Director, former Member of Parliament Shri Annasaheb S. Jolle, and co-founder, former Minister of Karnataka and current MLA Smt. Shashikala A. Jolle.

Inauguration Ceremony and Chief Guests

On 5th September 2026, the inauguration ceremony was held, and the regional office was inaugurated at the hands of Sahakar Bharati Maharashtra State General Secretary Shri Vivek Jugade. On this occasion, the institution’s Chairman Shri Appasaheb Shivram Jolle, Directors Shri Dattatray Patil, Shri Bhalchandra Kulkarni, Shri Shrikant Patwardhan, along with many other dignitaries were present.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Society's Coordinator and Advisor Shri Shirish Deshpande, Deputy General Manager Shri R. G. Kumbhar, and Assistant General Manager Mrs. Yogini Y. Pokale, along with a large number of  institution’s members and well-wishers.

Objectives of the Regional Office

  • Administrative decentralization: To reduce the administrative burden on the head office at Examba.

  • Dynamism in work: To guide, support, and accelerate the functioning of branches in the states of Maharashtra and Goa.

  • Transparency and good governance: To further strengthen good governance by improving the quality of services.

  • Prompt customer service: To make the services available to members faster and more convenient.

Shri Beereswar Co-operative Credit Society is currently operating in the three states of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa through 233 branches. So far, the institution has crossed a total business milestone of more than ₹9,700 crore and has earned the trust of more than 4.60 lakh members. This new regional office in Pune will greatly help in the growth of business in Maharashtra and Goa.
